In celebration of Homecoming week and the upcoming dance, M Brown and Joanna Walker led the Homecoming assembly as the sun and moon, which corresponds to this year’s theme, SpaceBound, during Advisory this Friday. In between jokes and Homecoming court announcements, the cheer and dance teams performed, select teachers and students had a lip-sync battle, and students were shown a montage of great outfits worn during spirit week. The student body voted Parker Bennett and Jeada Dean for freshman Lord and Lady, Deinous Bauer and Greenley Slater for sophomore Duke and Duchess, and Jake Grillo and Laura Adler for junior Prince and Princess.  The senior King and Queen will be announced at the Homecoming Football game, and the dance is on Saturday in the school gym, from 8-11 pm.
