The football team honored the fallen members of the United States military at their most recent game against Legacy High School. The game was filled with fans from all over town who were honored to help the team celebrate. The entrance to French field was framed with veterans holding American flags and welcoming the fans to the game. The team show their appreciation by releasing balloons at the start of the game in honor of each member they had researched who had fallen in service to our country.  At half time a specific family was honored for their son’s dedication, along with the dance and cheer teams who preformed a special routine they had prepared for the game specifically. A group of military personal stood at the endline and started pushups when fossil scored a touch down. Fossil Ridge was honored to have a moment to honor anyone who has, or who is still serving.
