Noel Ginsburg

Noel Ginsburg is the founder of CareerWise, an apprenticeship and job training program for youth. He is Co-Founder of Colorado’s I Have a Dream Foundation and former Denver Public Schools Foundation President. Although he has never held a position in public office he is a business and community leader  He is interested in “modernizing” TABOR, an amendment to the 1992 Taxpayer Constitution that requires all tax increases be put to a vote before being instated. Ginsburg, hopes this will direct more funds to infrastructure and education. He also believes that communities need to have a say in fracking and where oil companies can frack and hopes to improve mental health care access across the state.
