Fossil Ridge High School’s Jazz I and Jazz II bands hosted their first-ever spaghetti dinner fundraiser yesterday, March 24, in the commons. The twenty-dollar ticket included spaghetti, salad, bread, drinks, and even dessert for audience members to enjoy while live jazz was performed. They made quite the turnout, and all proceeds went directly to benefit Fossil’s various bands.

Aaron Herman, the current band director, stated, “Because of Covid, we haven’t had a lot of opportunities so this was a great way for us to get a performance in while family and friends eat a nice dinner and enjoy each other’s company. We also had the chance to have some of our middle school jazz band involved, so this whole night has been very entertaining.”
