Etched in Stone

Caroline Sears
Caroline Sears is a sophomore at Fossil Ridge High School. She is passionate about theatre and her favorite subject is english. In theatre she already has quite a bit of experience under her belt having been stage manager for One Man Two Guvnors, and assistant stage manager for RENT.

An advocate for mental health and respect, she will strive to use her platform on Etched in Stone to bring awareness and knockdown stereotypes and prejudices in order to help people understand and show sympathy. She has an adorable 9-year-old bichon mix dog and loves taking photos with her family.

Family is one of the most important things to Sears, and she makes a point to be connected with them. Born in Washington, she moved here when she was three. She looks up to her parents  She looks up to her parents for both being so determined and hardworking. Her favorite foods are strawberries and chocolate chip cookies her aunt makes. A bit of an old soul, she enjoys crocheting and writes letters to her friends and family.

Partaking in debate, Sears is very outgoing and strives to be a leader. In her free time, Caroline plays electric guitar and enjoys indie, pop, show tunes. Her favorite band is the Smiths but also loves Issac Dunbar, proclaiming: “You heard it here first, he's gonna be famous.”

Set on sharing truthful stories, she will certainly be a powerful new addition to Etched in Stone.
