Tuesday night, September 29 Varsity boys soccer played Mountain Range on their turf, and still managed pulled out a 2-1 win even with all of Mountain Range’s school spirit and their roaring fans. On Thursday Varsity butted-heads Broomfield, the defending state champions and played a hard game sadly losing 0-1. In both of their games this week, they played with passion and never gave up on a ball.

JV also played that night, September 29, against Horizon, the final score was 1-1 with a goal from Tyler Hause. Tyler has definitely stepped up on this team, scoring a lot of the team’s goals this far into the season.. Bringing in October the boys JV team played against Broomfield, a solid competitor. Unfortunately they lost 3-4 in a very high scoring game, both teams played very hard and showed great sportsmanship.

C team played Fairview early this week and won 3-1. Today they are playing Broomfield at 4 at home, here at Fossil. Their game will be updated later tonight on Twitter.

D teams game Tuesday, September 29 against Horizon got cancelled early due to weather. They haven’t had any other games this week. More news about this team in the weeks to come.
