2012 fall sports All- Conference and Honorable Mentions

 

FRHS has done exceedingly well in all fall sports. Players worked hard for their sport. Here are the players that stand out in each sport.

 Cross Country 2012 season, the boys got 14th overall in state while the girls competed and got sixth.

 All Conference:

Girls: Ashley Bock & Merritt Miller

Boys: Austin Croft

Honorable Mention:

Girls: Marisa Campain

Boys: Aaron Bonenburger & Parker Nostrand

 

Football 2012 season the team record was 3-7 and fourth in the 5a Front Range standings.

All Conference: Colin Peter, Travis Avila, Corey Peter, Colin Beard, Ryan Schulman, Connor Rutledge, Deshawn Anderson, Caleb Aslor, John Braunlin, and Sam Allsup

Honorable Mention: Ken Morse, Eric Lanza, and Tim Dougherty

 

Boys Golf had key players in their 2012 season got fifth overall in the Regional tournament..

All Conference: Tyler Bricker

Honorable Mention: Will Thwaits

 

Boys Soccer had a great regular season ending with a record of 13-2  making it to the playoffs.

All Conference:

Hunter Robinson, Keenan O’ Reilly, Jarrett Pugh, Andy Hoyt, and Nick Zuschneid

Honorable Mention: Gage Clifton & Max Zeller

Softball went 19- 4 in the regular season with a state rank of 12, they have been known as the best softball team in FRHS history.

 All Conference:

Brittany Younan, Courtney Lecher, Jenna Jordan, Berkley Calapp, Haleigh Waterland, Haley Donaldson

Honorable Mention: Courtney Medina, Emily Burns, Hayley Novacek, and Murphy McRoberts

 

Boys Tennis competed and received first place at the regional tournament.

All Conference: Tanner Trace, Max Weiner, Griffin Kosonocky, Gabe Pagat, Kevin Shultz, Trevor Swanbom     

 

Volleyball also was one of the highlighted sports at FRHS. They went 18-7 overall this season.

All Conference: Bridgette Lococo, Katelyn Schwartz, and Katherine Stevens

Honorable Mention: Sarah Danettell & Shannon Lanza

 

Gymnastics has a truly talented athlete. She has competed and mostly won Vault, Floor, Beam, Uneven Bars, and All Around.

 All Conference: Lauren Glover
