The stories of first time voters
This election year has been filled with anxiety and anticipation. There has been non-stop news on which candidate is winning, which way states are leaning, and how close the election is. This year, nearly 6.2 million people voted for the first time. Students of Fossil Ridge High School, past and present, were first time voters and shared their stories. They were asked two questions: why did they choose to vote and why is voting important?
