Spring semester coming to a fun-filled end with the People’s Choice Awards assembly
After seniors settle into their chairs in the middle of the gym, students wait in anticipation for the assembly to begin.
On the morning of May 17, 2023, the whole school of Fossil Ridge attended the People’s Choice Awards assembly as a final goodbye to the year and aided the seniors in a proper send-off. This event featured awards to various students for their achievements, shoutouts to clubs, and different performances to keep the audience interested. After the assembly, there was a walkout where it is tradition for seniors to bring things such as silly string, shaving cream, and glitter to pour on their younger classmates who have created an exit tunnel.
