Night of Noise commemorates LGBTQIA+ community

Music and laughter flowed from the Museum of Art Fort Collins. There is a current exhibit of masks drawing attention to the museum, but that was not the main reason for attendance that night.

The second Friday of every April, Day of Silence occurs to respect the LGBTQIA+ and the hardships they have faced. Now instead of a full day of silence, there is a celebration and a night filled with joy and fun, that is how the Night of Noise was born.

It has now spread to Fort Collins, and began as a march but ended at the Museum of Art Fort Collins April 12, where festivities such as drag performances and open mic night occurred.
