The 2025-2026 Leadership Academy Lottery Submission form is now open for students to complete. 

In order to create a more inclusive and equal leadership experience and opportunity, the Fossil Ridge High School leadership program has set up a Leadership Lottery. Any student who wishes to apply for a leadership opportunity for the next school year is able to do so through this form, which closes on Friday, January 17 at 4:05 pm.

Students can find this submission form as well as more information about the courses by accessing their Poudre School District email, under “FRHS Leadership Opportunity”. More details will also be provided during the last Leadership information session on Thursday, January 16, at lunch in the Roundhouse. These leadership opportunities include Link Crew (11th-12th grade), RIDGE Leadership (10th-12th grade), and Leadership by Design (10th-12th grade). 

Link Crew presents an opportunity for older students to welcome and guide incoming freshmen through the transition from middle school to high school. 

RIDGE Leadership offers students the chance to expand and practice leadership, specifically through servant leadership by planning activities for the school, and promoting diversity and inclusion school-wide. 

Leadership by Design engages students in leadership lessons through Project-Based Learning that helps them to address the question, “What does it take to be a leader in today’s society?”

Students who apply or opt-in to the lottery selection process can participate in the lottery for one, multiple, or all of the listed opportunities. The live lottery will be hosted on January 21 starting at 4:15 pm. 

These courses and activities present a great opportunity for students who wish to grow their leadership skills in many different ways.
