This Week In Fort Collins

Hey Saber cats!

Around Town:

Story continues below advertisement

Looks like the bristling cold has finally left Fort Collins (hopefully for good!) and as the weather is getting warmer there are more and more things to do in and outside of school.

This week in Fort Collins there is plenty to do both indoors and outdoors.

Today, the Colorado Eagles Hockey team will be playing against Stockton at 7:05p.m. The costs start at 16 dollars and go up from there so get them soon! The game will take place at the Budweiser Event Center in Loveland.

Not a hockey fan? No problem. The Fort Collins Museum of Discovery has organized a “Free Jam” session from February 15- March 29, 2014. This event is free with admission and gives teens the opportunity to try a variety of instruments with friends and jam out. This event starts at noon every day and ends at 11:00p.m.

Put your dancing shoes on because tomorrow we’re going dancing! Its Blues and Swing Night in Old Town tomorrow. The event will start out with lessons lasting from 8-9pm and will immediately follow the dancing from 9:00- 1:00a.m. The cost is 5 dollars per person.

At School:

The memorial service for Andrew Conrad will take place at Timberline Church at 11:00 a.m. Remember to wear bright colors for the service instead of the traditional black and grey clothing.
