At FRHS

It’s snowing once again and if you’re anything like me, this weather makes you want to go home, put on my pj’s, and watch Netflix until tomorrow. There’s not a whole lot going on this week in Fort Collins so Freshmen- Juniors take this time to relax before the ACT and TCAPS.

Get your beauty sleep and try to relax because tomorrow is the ACT at 8 am. Good luck juniors! Remember to try your hardest so you get a good score and won’t have to re-take it next year.

On Monday is our amazing band’s concert! And on Tuesday there will be a choir concert at 7pm in the PAC. Remember to cheer them on and come to support them.

Around Town

There are a lot of events going on around town this weekend but it’s going to be a cold one so bundle up!

Looking for great deals at the restaurants you love but can’t afford as a high school student? This Old Town event will help you out. Great Plates of Old Town is going on now until Mar. 14. Restaurants like The Melting Pot and Bisetti’s are offering great deals on three course meals. For more information and the complete list of participating locations check out http://downtownfortcollins.com/events/great-plates-of-downtown/.

This is the first Friday of March so the Fort Collins Gallery Walk is happening on Mar. 7. Come down and take a stroll around Old Town and check out the local art galleries for free.

As always, Mar. 8 is the Winter Farmer’s Market at the Opera Galleria. From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. local vendors will be selling their products during the second to last Market of the winter.
