Adam Oestreich
Adam Oestreich is a Junior at Fossil Ridge High School and this is his first time taking journalism 2. A teacher suggested it to him and he thought it would be fun especially because he has a passion for sports and wants to write stories about it. Oestreich’s passion for sports began when he was young. He grew up watching sports with his dad and that is what grew his passion for keeping up with his favorite teams. His dad grew up in Winsconsin so that is one of his favorite teams.
Oestreich has lived in Windsor, Colorado his whole life with his older sister and his parents. His favorite hobbies are hanging out with friends, fishing, playing video games like Madden, NBA2K and Fortnite but mostly hanging out with his friends. Oestreich also had a big passion for basketball but had to stop playing because he kept on having so many injuries. He still finds out ways to be involved by being around the team and helping out.
Wisconsin is Oestreich’s dream school because that is where his dad grew up but if he doesn’t get into Winsconsin he wants to go to CU which is where his older sister goes to school. His dream job is to do something business related. Oestreich’s parents both work in sales so that is where his career path got inspired from.
