This year at the 56th Annual Grammy’s the awards were not the only things sparkling. The fashion at this year’s awards were over the top glamorous. From shimmery satin to blue velvet to delicate layers, every artist was dressed the way true stars should.
Chrissy Teigen
This is the true definition of drop dead gorgeous. Teigen, aka Mrs. Legend, is dripping in gold and it is hard to keep from staring. This gown is dripping in beauty, Legend is one lucky man. Legend stayed classic and looks as equally stunning. The pair makes for one beautiful couple. This is what Grammy fashion should be.
Ciara
Bold, pregnant, and stunning. Ciara floored the red carpet in this gown. Rather than hiding under black and bland, she kept up with the trend of a dash of sparkles and dazzled.
Colbie Caillat
Being one of the few wearing red, Caillat was jaw-dropping. The high neck and intricately built design is worthy of its own applause. While I wish her bun was sleeker and less messy, this look still earns an B+.
Katy Perry
It took me a moment to process this dress. However, the more I look at the more I realize the beauty. The thin fabric and playful print seem to work and create a glamour gown. Perry is simply stunning, excuse me while I pick my jaw up off the floor.
Macklemore and Ryan Lewis
I am a bias source, I love these boys. But my obsession aside, they look amazing. They pulled off a look that was on trend, but also uniquely themselves. I am not sure if they planned to match each other, but together they look like a perfect pair. Well done, boys, you look suave.
Madonna and Son David
Madonna has been a bit of everywhere in fashion lately, however I love this look. Perhaps what I love most about it is that it was her son, David’s idea to match. This look is oh-so Madonna, she looks stunning and elegant without having to wear a gown to compromise her unique style.
Taylor Swift
Oh my. This gown is the epitome of glamorous. This dress was truly the most elegant while Swift was moving down the red carpet. This gown matches Swift’s style in the most dazzling sense.
