Gluten free edible cookie dough (egg free)
Gluten free edible cookie dough is safe and healthy for everyone. You don’t have to worry about getting salmonella or your parents telling you to stop eating raw cookie dough. This treat is great for the craving of cookies, without the wait for them to bake.
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup of butter (dairy free and vegan)
- ¼ cup plus 1½ tablespoons of brown sugar
- 1-2 tablespoons of dairy free milk OR water (add more for softer cookie dough)
- ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
- ¾ cup of gluten free flour blend
- ⅓ cup of dairy free mini chocolate chips

- Mix brown sugar and melted butter. Add a tablespoon of dairy free milk OR water, and vanilla extract, stir until combined.
- Add gluten free flour and stir until combined.If too dry, add more dairy free milk OR water to desired need and stir until smooth.
- Add mini chocolate chips, stir, and ENJOY!
