Homemade Mac and Cheese Recipe
This Mac and Cheese is super easy and satisfying to make. It takes about 20 minutes to make a full pot of cheesy gooeyness, with as many other extras that you want to add in. I love this recipe and use it every time. I would recommend it to anyone who loves quick, gooey mac and cheese.

Ingredients:
- 3 cups pasta shells
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 to 3 cups shredded cheese, such as cheddar, colby jack,or parmesan
- 6 cups of water
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- Optional Extras: cayenne pepper, salt, thyme, extra cheese, Velveeta cheese sauce
Instructions:
- Heat water on medium to high heat until boiling.
- After the water is at a rolling boil put pasta in slowly and stir occasionally
- Cook about 10-15 minutes or until pasta is soft and chewy
- Drain water out of pasta and put it back into the warm pot.
- Put cheese and butter in, mix well.
- Add extra spices if wanted.
- Serve and enjoy!
