Fossil Ridge baseball competes in Horizon Invitational Tournament

On Thursday night, March 9, the Fossil Ridge baseball team beat Thompson Valley (8-4). After their first game, the team entered into spring break, but that didn’t stop them from playing. The boys traveled to Tucson, Arizona for the Horizon Invitational Tournament.
The team began their weekend strong, with a (9-3) win against Canyon del Oro, but suffered losses in their following two games; (3-13) to Horizon, and (3-11) to Second Baptist. In their last game of the tournament, they came together and won (2-1) to Sahuarita.
Tonight, Wednesday, March 21, the boys are playing Hinkley High School at home at 4:00 P.M.
