A new donut shop in Fort Collins that’s just around the corner!
The Fort Collins Donut Company is a locally owned company located at The Exchange in Fort Collins on the corner of College and Jefferson Street. Foco Doco is a tiny hole in the wall building where the employees make mini donuts and drinks per your order, similar to a food truck. You order at the window and there’s covered seating outside along with seating throughout the whole Exchange area. They have a large range of flavor options, some more unique than others like pistachio and orange but then also providing the classics like glazed and powder sugar. The unique thing about this shop is that they make the donuts with a robot. They prepare the ingredients but the robots behind the counter do the rest. The donuts themselves are a perfect size and is very fluffy in texture. Everything was a reasonable price and is a perfect stop before you head to work in the morning or a tasty treat after dinner.
