Locality Kitchen and Bar is a new “Farm to Table” store in Fort Collins, Colorado that offers freshly grown ingredients right from our local farmers. Chef Dryden Goss is the main chef at Locality and not only does he cook for the restaurant, but he also teaches specialized classes to the children who want to get into the culinary field. At the restaurant, they call themselves “waste friendly” in which they send their food scrapings or extra supplies back to the farmers to get reproduced into food for the animals. The store opens at eleven A.M. and closes at nine P.M. with a happy hour that lasts from eleven A.M. to six P.M. daily. Inside, it is modern and rustic accompanied by a full-size bar for adults. On the menu, they have a wide range of salads, sandwiches, burgers. They also offer gluten-free options on the menu but overall, I would recommend the Field to Front Burger. Locality also offers fun events that are hosted at the restaurant like wine and beer tasting to a full Easter brunch. Locality is reservation friendly and I would highly recommend this restaurant.
