Fossil bands compete at CBA regionals
Symphonic band director leads his students in a beautiful rendition of “Liberty Bell.”
Today, March 2, Fossil Ridge High School hosted the annual Concord Bandmasters Association (CBA) concert band regionals in our Performing Arts Center. This event is spanning throughout the whole day from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. while schools around Colorado compete for a regional title. Fossil’s talented symphonic band performed at 10:30 a.m. and the wind symphony will soon perform at 2:00 p.m.
Some of the songs performed included “Liberty Bell” and “As Summer was Just Beginning.” Aaron Herman, both bands’ director, will be leading our concert symphonies to success.
Your donation will support the student journalists of Fossil Ridge High School. Your contribution will allow us to purchase equipment and cover our annual website hosting costs.
