Out of the 230 members of the United States Olympic team 105 of them are women and 125 of them are men, which is the largest athlete delegation for any nation in the history of the Olympic Winter Games. The Winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia, will start on Feb. 7. There are in total 19 athletes from Colorado, which is tied with Minnesota as having the second most athletes coming from a single state. The state with the most U.S. Olympic athletes is California.

Lanny Barnes, 31, from Durango is competing in a biathlon.
Bobby Brown, 22, from Denver is a freestyle skier.
Aaron Blunck, 17, is also a halfpipe skier from Crested Butte.
David Chodounsky, 29, also from Crested Butte is competing in alpine skiing.
Lyman Currier, 19, is a halfpipe skier from Boulder.
The Fletcher Brothers Bryan, 27, and Taylor, 23, from Steamboat Springs, are competing in Nordic combined.
Siblings Taylor, 20, and Arielle, 17, Gold, are both competing in snowboarding and are also from Steamboat Springs.
Simi Hamilton, 26, competing in cross country skiing, is from Aspen.
Keri Herman, 30, from Breckenridge is competing in skiing slopestyle.
Noah Hoffman, 24, from Aspen is competing in cross country.
Gus Kensowthy, 22, is a slopestyle skier from Telluride.
Heidi Kloser, 21, from Vail is competing in mogul skiing.
Justin Reiter, 32, from Steamboat Springs, is competing in the snowboard parallel slalom.
Mikaela Shiffrin, 18, is a slalom skier from Eagle-Vail.
Torin Yater-Wallace, 19, from Basalt is competing in halfpipe skiing.
Todd Lodwick, 37, from Steamboat Springs is competing in Nordic combined.
