Hey saber cats!
In Fort Collins:
This week in Fort Collins there are many events going on, so grab your coat and gloves and go out and make the most out of your weekend.
Today is First Friday in downtown Fort Collins. First Friday is when art galleries open at night as well as the poetry slam, and many other stores. This event is usually accompanied by live music (although with the weather they might not have any this week!) The holiday lights are still up and this event is a great way to hang out and meet new people.
Ballroom with A Twist is an international dance production featuring “Dancing with the Stars” celebrity Emma Slater and Tristan MacManus. They will be joined with finalist from “So you think you can dance” as well as “American Idol.” The show is choreographed by Dancing with the Stars, Louis van Amstel and the dancers will perform dance moves from Samba, Waltz, Quickstep, Foxtrot, and Jive. On top of that American Idol finalists will provide a concert soundtrack to the evening. This is a family event so invite all your relatives and friends. This event will take place February 7th at 7:30pm and February 8 at 2:00 pm and 7:30 pm at the Lincoln Center Performance Hall. The price for admission is $38 and $35 for a group.
