Corlea Miller, Sports Writer
Corlea Miller is a senior at Fossil Ridge High School and is in her first semester of Journalism 2. She is excited to learn more about how to write journalistic articles and more about what is going on around the school. Additionally, she likes her school schedule this year as she has three off periods and good classes so far.
Miller is eighteen years old and works at the Italian restaurant in Fort Collins, Cacciatore as a hostess. She is eager to start making money since she held off from getting a job through her time at Fossil to focus on her education.
Miller was born in Marshall, Texas and moved to Fort Collins, Colorado in the third grade. She first attended Timnath Elementary School, following with Preston Middle School. She loves spending quality time with her family and friends and likes to listen to country music in her free time. Miller only has one older sister who is twenty years old and lives with her Mom while her Dad lives in Louisiana where all of her family is from, and still lives. She just got a new baby cockapoo puppy named Bennett and Benny for short.
Miller plans on attending the University of Wyoming after Fossil to major in business undeclared and minor in Interior Design. While she is excited for her senior year, she is trying to cherish every moment left at Fossil before going into the adult world and spend time with her friends before everyone pursues their own path.
