“Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer” is undoubtedly the headline movie for the holiday of Christmas around the world. This beautiful film is about a reindeer that is excluded from his friends and teams up with an elf named Hermey. The two get lost on the island of misfit toys and meet Santa providing homes to all the misfit toys and landing Rudolph the front spot on Santa’s sleigh on Christmas Eve. It is one of most respected, and adored movies of all time. This is a must see over winter break, invite some friends or relax with some family and put this classic on and your Christmas will be complete!
The last movie I’m going to suggest to you is “The Polar Express”. This is easily one of the all-around, best classics the holiday has to offer. Tom Hanks, Oscar award winner and nominee, is the staring face of the Christmas spirit in the film and in the eyes of millions of children around the world. Released in 2004, this film has made segway in the charts as one of the most internationally watched and enjoyed movies of the winter season.
Clearly, this time of the year is perfect for watching these great, old school golden films. Rather it’s within the next week or two nights away from waking up on Christmas day, you’ll never waste time watching these three movies. Get into the holiday spirit and share your joy and love with all of your closest friends and family by sitting down and spending a couple nights watching these amazing classics.
