Girls soccer kicks into season

Fossil Ridge High School girls soccer has begun with an incredible week of games. The girls had their first home game on Monday, March 20 against Westminster High School. Due to the fact that a majority of the varsity players had a tournament in Las Vegas the weekend prior, a few of the junior varsity players came up and played the varsity game. Despite the uncommon roster change varsity won with a final score of 8-0, a shutout only possible thanks to the help from JV. The JV team also won their game against Westminster in a mercy roll, with a final score of 10-0.
