City champs mercy rule Loveland

After beating Fort Collins High School 4-3 last Tuesday, April 4, new city champions mercy ruled Loveland High School. On Friday, April 14 the Fossil Ridge High School varsity team played Loveland with the help of a few junior varsity players.

By the end of the first half the Sabercats led the scoreboard 8-0, only two points from a mercy ruling. The second half was intense as Fossil was determined to end the game. Less than half way through the final half the Sabercats scored their final two goals, ending the game 10-0.

The lady Sabercats went on to beat Cheyenne Mountain High School 3-0 on Saturday, April 15. Their next home game will be against Monarch High School on Thursday, April 20. Make sure to come out and support your lady Sabercats.
