Trick or Treat Street was Trick or Treat sweet
A young mermaid looks ahead for sweet treats
Kids of all ages traveled the halls of Fossil Ridge High School on October 25 to participate in this years; Trick or Treat Street. Trick or Treat Street is a Student Council event that allows kids to trick or treat within the halls of school as well as play games. Kids from all over the community came dressed up in costume to further enjoy the Halloween season.
Clubs and organizations throughout the school can sign up to have a door to decorate and to hand out candy at as part of the festivities. While some clubs only had one door, some had multiple. Doors were responsible for supplying their own candy and the students running them were encouraged to dress up.
Besides the trick or treating, there were games for kids to participate in. One of these games was “skull ball”, a basketball game with plastic skulls. There was also face painting put on by member of National Art Honors Society, as well as a comedy show from improvisation club.
Overall, Trick or Treat Street was an amazing time for kids in the community to come together and enjoy a sweet Halloween treat.
