On Monday May 1, the Rocky Mountain Lobos lacrosse team had a conference game against Prairie View High School. Needless to say, the Lobos were able to play comfortably by the end of the game, with a total of 15 goals opposed to Prairie View’s 3.

“It was an easy game to say the least.” Replied Fossil Ridge player Ben Rugh, “Our team is very organized when we go out onto the field. We find the faults after every game and try to improve on them.”

Currently, the Lobos are number 16 in the state of Colorado. With 112 total goals, the team has improved significantly compared to previous seasons. Fossil Ridge player Zach West explains, “None of this couldn’t have happened without our new coaching staff. These guys give us the drive needed to perform like we did on Monday.”

The next home game for the Lobos lacrosse team is Saturday, May 6, against Denver East at 10am. Come out and support your local lacrosse team as the finish up their season.
