The college and career center has all of the help a senior could ever want. Not only helping seniors with their last year at Fossil Ridge high school, the College and Career center has the purpose of helping guide all students to where they want to go, whether it’s the military or going to college or getting a dream job.
Mrs. Nye sees the College and Career center as “a helpful resource we have for kids”. The hardest part found about applying for colleges is seniors not knowing all of the requirements, whether is a letter of recommendation, essays that need to be written, scholarships, or the deadlines for applications.
With the help of Mrs. Nye and Mrs. Campbell in the College and Career Center, juniors and seniors at Fossil Ridge have an easier time applying for college with little stress.
