Have you ever dreamt of starting your own company or striking it rich with a million dollar business idea? You can start your path to becoming an entrepreneurial success by joining Fossil Ridge DECA.

By joining DECA, aspiring business students can work in teams to try and solve various business challenges. Marketing, finance, hospitality, and management are some of the categories that DECA members can compete in. Students have the opportunity to compete against other schools at regional, statewide, and national level meets.

DECA looks great on a college application because it demonstrates leadership and commitment. Lauren Bontempo, the Community Outreach Officer for Fossil Ridge DECA, explains why DECA has been a major influence in her high school career. “DECA is an amazing opportunity to go beyond the regular day of high school. It opens doors that don’t normally open for high school students.”
