Macy Klein, Sports Writer
Macy Klein returns to Etched in Stone as a senior in sports reporting after first completing Journalism 1 her freshman year. Self-described as fun, determined, and obnoxious, Klein contributes to the paper with her love of writing and ability to talk to anyone and everyone. Klein loves sushi and enjoys listening to country, pop, and rap music. She also drives a Jeep Grand Cherokee who she named Limbo. Klein spends her time playing varsity basketball for Fossil Ridge, working at Gojo Sports, spends lots of time with family and friends, and volunteers at the Larimer County Food Bank. Klein will be attending Concordia University Chicago after graduation and will continue her athletic career as well as studying both Broadcast and Sports Journalism. Klein’s philosophy in life is always trying both to make other people happy while keep herself happy as well. She has a passion for helping people and making everyone around her feel loved and appreciated. Her passion for helping others really shows throughout her everyday life whether it would be with talking to someone to make them feel better or just saying hi to someone who needs to hear it. Klein is a lover of life and opportunities and is very exciting for what her future of journalism holds for her.
