Madalynn Lewis, Co-Editor in Chief
Maddy Lewis, a senior, began her fourth year on the Etched in Stone staff as Co-Editor in Chief among many other leadership roles within Fossil Ridge High School. Her drive and strength make her natural-born leader and she hopes to utilize her talent throughout school and her career.
Lewis has a passion for writing and enjoys writing fiction stories that illustrate her creativity. Along with writing, she also enjoys reading horror and thriller novels. Her favorite book is “Into the Water” by Paula Hawkins. A self-described nerd, she also has an intense love for film. Lewis is also apart of Student Council, where she gets the opportunity to grow as a leader and use her creativity to make school more fun for the Fossil Ridge community.
After high school, Lewis wants to continue pursuing her love for journalism. Her dream job is to become a correspondent for Vice News, and will hopefully focus on national and international politics and policies. Eventually, she wants to get a law degree and work for the U.N. Her passion for overseas politics has driven Lewis to the conclusion that she has to live in many different places in her life. At some point, she wants to live in France and Italy.
Lewis has a unique relationship with her parents and her younger brother, Henry. She holds her family close to her heart and values every relationship she has. In life, she values her family, friends, and honesty, all of which show through her admiring personality.
